1. What areas do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Is shipping free on all orders?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. We process all orders within 0 to 1 business day, and dispatch them from our London facility.
4. What is your order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders after that time will be handled the next business day.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions. You can follow your parcel's journey directly via the courier's tracking system.
6. What should I do if my order is delayed or missing?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@corerevive.co.uk. We’ll promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can request cancellation only before your order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return depending on our return policy.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Do you charge any customs or import taxes?
No. Since we only ship within the UK, there are no customs duties or import fees on any orders.
10. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and documentation.
11. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, contact our support team at support@corerevive.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide detailed instructions and the correct return address. Please do not return items to our business address, as it is not our return facility.
12. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
There are no return shipping costs for defective products or items received in error. If you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you will also not be charged a restocking fee. However, you are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us using your preferred courier service.
13. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process your refund within 7 business days. After the refund is issued, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. If it takes longer than 15 working days, please contact us.
14. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.
